Menu Selections (when you call ART)
- Enter your account number followed by the # sign.
- Enter your access code (last 4 digits of your SSN) followed by the # sign.
- Enter the service code for the transaction you wish to perform.
- For Account Balance on all accounts - Press 1
- For Account Balance and activity on a specific account – Press 2
- For Transactions on a certain date – Press 4
- Follow the instructions ART gives you to complete your transaction.
